县级改革试点医院患者对影响医患关系因素的基本认知

目的 了解某省县级医院改革试点医院医患关系现状,构建和谐医患关系,从而促进社会稳定,提高县级医院的服务质量.方法 以问卷调查为资料来源,进行统计分析.采用随机采访法对某省13 所试点医院患者进行调查,用EpiData 3.0 和SPSS12.0 统计软件包分别进行数据录入和分析.结果 调查的1539名患者中,门诊618人（40.2%）,住院921人（59.8%）; 医患关系整体评价均值水平为2.98分;患者认为医护人员技术水平、医护人员的服务态度、医患沟通、患者治疗期望值为影响县级医院医患关系最重要的四个因素.结论 试点医院的医患关系总体呈现比较和谐的状态.

Basic Cognition on Doctor-patient Relationship Influencing Factors in Patients of Pilot Reform Hospital at Country Level

To understand the doctor-patient relationship status in pilot reform hospital at country level, to build harmonious doctor-patient relationship and improve social stability, improve the quality of service at the county-level hospitals. Methods： Based on questionnaire survey data analysis, using random interviews, patients in 13 pilot reform hospitals were investigated. Results：Totle 1539 patients were surveyed, of which out-patient was 618 （40.2%）, hospitalized patients 921 （59.8%）; The overall evaluation of the doctor-patient relationship mean level score of 2.98; medical staff technical level, the service attitude of the medical staff, doctor-patient communication, patient treatment expectations and communication are the five most important factors affecting the county hospital doctor-patient relationship. Conclusion：The doctor-patient relationship in the pilot reform hospitals overall is in a harmonious state.
