| 摘 要： | 恶性肿瘤患者及家属的人数不断增加,患者的生理心理变化及家属认知的困惑是肿瘤患者临终关怀中所面临的实际问题。通过提升临终关怀的基础护理、丰富疼痛控制的方法、恰到好处的营养支持、利用大众媒体改变人们对死亡的传统观念、开设临终关怀医学课程、加强临终关怀护理培训等方式,为需要关怀的患者提供更多的帮助,提高其生活质量,推动我国临终关怀事业的发展。

| Abstract: | There are a large number of malignant tumor patients and their families. Their physiological and psychological changes, family cognitive confusions are the practical problems in the process of hospice care. Through the hospice care and pain control, nutritional support, using mass media to change people＇s traditional concept of death, opening hospice care medical courses, providing more help to cancer patients, could improve their quality of life and promote the development of hospice care in China. |
