摘    要:一个企业怎样才能备受公众和投资者的青睐?企业怎么经营才能基业长青?是众多企业家值得深思的问题。企业文化是其在经营运作中,所努力体现出来的群体竞争意识,对企业的兴衰成败起着关键性的作用,因此。诚信是企业生存的根本和核心。本文围绕着怎样建设企业文化并探讨信用经济下的企业文化的构建,培养员工崇尚诚信、注重诚信、对顾客和对企业负责的文化意识。

Abstract:How would an enterprise come into the favor of the public and investors? How would an enterprise run its business to make itself evergreen? These are problems that are worth thinking deeply about by many entrepreneurs.Corporate culture is the group competitive awareness that an enterprise manifests in its managerial operation and plays a key role in its rise or fall or its success or failure.Therefore,honesty is the foundation and core of an enterprise for its survival.The paper discusses how to construct corporate culture and expounds the construction of corporate culture and the cultural awareness of training its staff to uphold and pay attention to honesty and of being responsible for the enterprise and its customers.
