摘    要:目的探讨尿微量白蛋白(MA)、Lp(a)与心功能关系。方法选择60例NYHA心功能Ⅰ~Ⅳ级患者,应用双抗体放免法检测MA,免疫浊度法测定血清脂蛋白(a)[Lipoprotein(a),Lp(a)]水平,并同时应用超声心动图测定射血分数(EF)和左室内径缩短率(FS)。结果MA与年龄、收缩压和血清Lp(a)呈正相关(P均<0.01)lgMA与EF、FS呈负相关(分别为P<0.05,P<0.01),NYHA心功能与血清Lp(a)和MA呈明显正相关(分别为P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论本组结果提示慢性心衰患者心衰严重程度与MA及Lp(a)水平密切相关。

Abstract:Objective:To study the relationship among microalbuminuria(MA) and lipoprotein(a)Lp(a)] and cardiac function.Methods:Detected MA by double antibody radioimmunoassay,and detected serum levels of Lp(a) using immunoturbidometry in 60 patients with chronic cardiac dysfunction.Simultaneously measured ejection fraction(EF) and fast shorteness (FS) of left ventricle by echocardiogram.Results:MA was positively related with age,systolic blood pressure and serum Lp(a)( P <0 01 all).There were negative correlation among EF,FS and lgMA( P <0 05, P <0 01 respectively).There was significantly positive correlation among grade of NYHA and serum Lp(a), microalbuminuria( P <0 05, P <0 01 respectively).Conclusion:The results indicated that the severity of cardiac dysfunction in patients with chronic heart failure closely related with microalbuminuria and serum level of Lp(a).
