| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腔隙综合征的ICD-10编码。方法复习医学文献,对腔隙综合征的创伤性与非创伤性的学习、鉴别,按国际疾病分类原则进行ICD-10编码。结果对腔隙综合征的创伤性与非创伤性的区别有了进一步认识,并给予对应的ICD编码。结论编码员阅读病案,提高医学知识和国际疾病分类专业技能,是准确进行编码的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the ICD-10 coding of compartment syndrome.Methods Traumatic and non-traumatic compartment syndrome were studied and identified through reviewing medical literatures in order to conduct ICD-10 coding according to the principles of International Classification of Diseases.Results We further realized the differences between traumatic and non-traumatic compartment syndrome and conducted according ICD coding.Conclusion Coders should read medical records and improve medical knowledge as well as professional skills of the International Classification of Diseases,which is the key to accurately encode. |
