膝关节外伤的低场磁共振检查的临床价值

摘    要:目的探讨膝关节外伤的低场磁共振成像(MRI)表现,以评价膝关节外伤的MRI检查的临床价值。方法回顾性分析我院2003年8月~2009年5月经关节镜、手术证实的63例膝关节外伤患者的MRI资料。结果经MRI证实,63例膝关节外伤患者中半月板损伤38例,与关节镜及手术对比,MRI的诊断准确符合率为94.7%(36/38),并根据Mink和Fischer提出的半月板损伤的MRI信号分级不同,MRI的表现不同。韧带损伤45例,与关节镜及手术对比,MRI的诊断准确符合率为91.1%(41/45)。韧带损伤MRI表现主要为韧带纤维部分纵行撕裂,韧带局部不同程度增生,边缘模糊,出现不同程度纵形高信号。结论 MRI可以清晰显示膝关节损伤部位及程度,是膝关节外伤后较理想的一种非创伤性检查方法。

Clinical Value of Low Field Magnetic Resonance Imaging for Knee Injury

Abstract:Objective To investigate low field magnetic resonance imaging( MRI )features and its clinical value in the diagnosis of knee joint injuries. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of the MRI data of 63 cases of knee trauma confirmed by menstrual arthroscopic surgery in our hospital from Aug.2003 to May 2009. Results MRI showed 38 of 63 cases were the knee meniscus injury, and the diagnostic accuracy rate of MRI was 94.7%(36/38), compared with arthroscopy and surgery,and in accordance with different MRI signal classification of meniscal injury made by Mink and Fischer, MRI features were also different. 45 cases were of ligament injury, and the diagnostic accuracy rate of MRI was 91.1%(41/45),compared with arthroscopy and surgery. The main MRI features of ligament injury were the longitudinal tear of ligament fiber part,the ligament local proliferation and edge blur,with different degrees of high signal. Conclusion MRI can clearly show the location and extent of knee injury, so that it is a good non-invasive examination method for knee injury.
