| 摘 要： | 目的探讨对妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者在剖宫产术中同时进行肌瘤切除的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2006年12月至2008年12月来我院妊娠合并子宫肌瘤78例在剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术后的治疗结果。结果78例患者剖宫产术中全部顺利切除肌瘤,无一例发生产褥感染及无一例二次手术。结论对妊娠合并子宫肌瘤依据患者实际情况在剖宫产同时选用合理的手术方法行宫肌瘤切除术,是一种有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the pregnant women with uterine myoma in patients with cesarean section at the same time in the removal of myoma treatment.Methods Retrospective analysis of the treatment effects of 78 cases of the pregnant women with uterine myomas can be operated myomectomy at the same time of cesarean section in our hospital from December 2006 to December 2008.Results 78 cases of patients with cesarean section in all of the successful removal of myoma without puerperal infection and second operation.Conclusion It is an effective treatment for the pregnant women with uterine myoma to reasonably choose myomectomy based on the actual condition in the course of pregnancy at the same time. |
