心理干预应用在口腔患儿的效果

目的探讨心理干预在门诊口腔患儿中的应用效果。方法选择3～12岁因口腔疾患需行口腔治疗操作的患儿168例，随机分成观察组84例和对照组84例。对照组行口腔科常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上给予心理干预，对两组患儿操作前后配合治疗情况进行比较。结果心理干预患儿配合医生进行操作的合作程度明显增加，治疗效果大大增加。结论心理干预在门诊口腔患儿中的应用效果满意，提高口腔治疗的质量，缩短治疗时间，减少术后并发症，是一种行之有效的干预方法。

The Effect of Psychological Intervention on Oral Child Patients

Objective To determine the effect on oral child patients with psychological intervention. Method 168 child patients （3 - 12 years old） who needed dental treatment in operation, were divided randomly into observation group （84 patients） and control group （84 patients）. Patients in control group were treated with normal attendance in department of stomatology, while patients in observation group received psy- chological intervention with the ground of normal attendance in department of stomatology, then the cooperating conditions of treatment before and after operation were compared between the two groups. Result The degree of cooperation with doctors increased evidently in the psycho logical intervention group, and the effect of treatment were elevated greatly as well. Conclusions The application of psychological treatment in out-oral child patients brought satisfactory effects, which was an effective intervention method of improving the dental treatment＇s quality, mini mizing treatment duration, and decreasing complications after operation.
