伊马替尼治疗慢性髓细胞性白血病不良反应的观察及护理

目的研究伊马替尼治疗慢性髓细胞性白血病的不良反应,并探讨护理方法及效果。方法随机抽取该院2009年7月—2013年7月共收治的86例慢性髓细胞性白血病患者,给予伊马替尼药物治疗与有针对性的护理干预,观察护理前后的不良反应发生率。结果护理后,患者的4度以下非血液不良反应、3~4度中粒性细胞减少、3~4度血小板减少的不良反应发生率分别为18.60%、12.79%、13.95%,护理前的分别为45.35%、37.21%与39.53%,护理前后的不良反应发生率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论伊马替尼治疗慢性髓细胞性白血病,密切留意不良反应,并及时采取有效措施治疗与有针对性的护理干预,能够降低药物的不良反应发生率。

Observation on the Adverse Reactions of Imatinib for the Treatment of Pa-tients with Chronic Myelocytic Leukemia and the Related Nursing

Objective To study the adverse reactions of imatinib for the treatment of patients with chronic myelocytic leukemia and the related nursing method and effect. Methods 86 cases with chronic myelocytic leukemia admitted in our hospital from July 2009 to July 2013 were randomly selected and given the administration of imatinib therapy and targeted nursing intervention. The incidence of adverse reactions of the patients before and after the nursing was observed. Results After nursing, the incidence of non-hematologic adverse reactions below 4 degrees, 3-4 degrees in granulocytes reduction, 3-4 degrees thrombocytopenia of the patients was 18.60%, 12.79%, 13.95%, respectively, and that before nursing was 45.35%, 37.21%, 39.53%, respectively, the difference in the incidence of adverse reactions before and after nursing was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The adverse reactions of imatinib in the treatment of chronic myelocytic leukemia should be paid close attention, and effective treatment measures and targeted nursing intervention should be given to the patients timely, which can reduce the incidence of the adverse reactions of imatinib.
