奥美拉唑、克拉霉素以及阿莫西林三联疗法治疗慢性浅表性胃炎临床疗效研究

目的：探讨奥美拉唑、克拉霉素以及阿莫西林三联疗法治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法该院收治的86例慢性浅表性胃炎患者随机分为对照组（40例）和观察组（46例），对照组患者应用奥美拉唑治疗慢性浅表性胃炎，观察组患者应用奥美拉唑、克拉霉素以及阿莫西林三联疗法治疗慢性浅表性胃炎，比较分析两组患者总有效率、不良反应发生率及1年后复发率。结果观察组和对照组患者总有效率分别为95.65%（44），77.5%（31），观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组和对照组患者不良反应发生率分别为6.52%（3），5.00%（2），组间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组和对照组患者1年后复发率分别为4.35%（2），17.5%（7），对照组高于观察组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论奥美拉唑、克拉霉素以及阿莫西林三联疗法治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效显著，复发率低，值得临床推广应用。

The Clinical Efficacy of Omeprazole,Clarithromycin and Amoxicillin Triple Therapy in the Treatment of Chronic Superficial Gastritis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of omeprazole, clarithromycin and amoxicillin triple therapy in the treat-ment of chronic superficial gastritis. Methods 86 chronic superficial gastritis patients admitted in our hospital from January 2010 to May 2013 were randomly divided into the control group（40 cases） and observation group （46 cases）. The control group was treat-ed by omeprazole, and the observation group was treated by omeprazole, clarithromycin and amoxicillin triple therapy. And the to-tal effective rate, incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate after 1 year of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 95.65% （44）, 77.5% （31）, respectively, the ob-servation group＇s total effective rate was higher than that of the control group with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）; the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group and the control group was 6.52%（3）, 5.00%（2）, respectively, the difference between the groups had no statistical significance （P＆gt;0.05）;the recurrence rate after 1 year of the observation group and the con-trol group was 4.35% （2）, 17.5% （7）, respectively, the recurrence rate after 1 year of the observation group was higher than that of the control group with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Omeprazole, clarithromycin and amoxicillin triple therapy has more obvious therapeutic effect on chronic superficial gastritis with lower recurrence rate, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
