缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压疗效观察

目的观察缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压的临床效果及安全性。方法80例原发性高血压患者按数字表法随机分为治疗组及对照组各40例，对照组服用卡托普利（25mg／次，3次／d），治疗组服用缬沙坦（80mg／次，1次／d），观察两组临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组显效23例、有效15例、无效2例、总有效率95．0％，与对照组的17例、13例、10例、75．0％相比较，两组总有效率差异有统计学意义（x2=6．275，P〈0．05）；两组治疗后血压、血尿酸及血β2-微球蛋白水平均较治疗前明显降低（t=10．718、4．632、3．865、2．332、23．272、10．628、21．556、14．824，均P〈0．05），治疗组较对照组下降更明显（t=12．518、10．719、16．839、12．626，均P〈0．05）；治疗组发生不良反应3例，对照组发生不良反应4例，症状均较轻，患者均能坚持治疗。结论缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压疗效确切、方便、不良反应轻微、患者耐受性好，是治疗高血压、防止靶器官损害的有效药物之一。

Observation of the efficacy of valsartan in treatment of the patients with essential hypertension

Objective To study on the efficacy of valsartan in treatment of the patients with essential hypertension.Methods 80 cases with essential hypertension patients,according to number table,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in this study.The patients of control and treatment group were treated with captopril(25 mg,tid) and valsartan(80 mg,tid) respectively.Then their clinical efficacies and side effects were observed.Results Treatment group was markedly effective in 23 cases,15 cases of effective,ineffective in 2 cases and the total effective rate was 95%.Meanwhile,control group was 17 cases,13 cases,10 cases and 75% respectively.The total effective rate between the two groups had statistically significant differences(χ2 = 6.275,P＜0.05).After treatment,both of groups' blood pressure,serum uric acid and blood microglobulin levels was obviously lower than before treatment(t = 10.718,4.632,3.865,2.332,23.272,10.628,21.556,14.824,all P＜0.05),moreover,the treatment group decreased more markedly than the control group(t = 12.518,10.719,16.839,12.626,all P＜0.05).There were three cases of adverse reactions in the treatment group,and the control group was four cases.Conclusion This study indicated that valsartan treatment essential hypertension was effective,effects stability,convenience,minor adverse reactions,patient well tolerated,and was one of effective drugs treatment hypertension to prevent target organ damage.
