阿托伐他汀治疗糖尿病合并高血脂症95例疗效观察

目的探讨阿托伐他汀治疗糖尿病合并高脂血症的疗效。方法观察95例糖尿病合并高血脂患者，分为观察组50例和对照组45例，观察组在给予二甲双胍控制血糖的基础上加服用阿托伐他汀10mg／d，对照组单独服用二甲双胍片1500mg／d；观察两组患者治疗前后血糖、总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C），疗程4周。结果观察组治疗后TC、TG、LDL．C、HDL-C较治疗前显著下降，治疗前后比较具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；与对照组组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对于糖尿病合并高脂血症患者，使用阿托伐他汀有利于血糖和血脂的改善。

Clinical Observation of Diabetes Mixed Hyperlipidemia Patients 95 cases Treating by Atorvastatin

Objective To observe the curative effect of atorvastatin tablets treatment on diabetes mixed hyperlipidemia. Methods To divide randomly 95 patients into the observing group of 50 cases and control group, the observing was given atorvastatin tablets 10 mg and mefformin hydrochloride tablets 1500 mg of 45 ca- ses daily, the control group was given metformin hydrochloride tablets 1500 mg daily. Observing function of liver and kindey, blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, low-density lipoprotein was as- sayed Four weeks of treatment. Results After the treatment, function of liver and kindey is normal, blood glu- cose, blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, low-density lipoprotein was significant difference between before and after the treatment P 〈 O. 05. Conclusion Atorvastatin tablets have treaing effect on diabetes mixed hyperlipidemia.
