| 摘 要： | 乳腺癌转移抑制基因1(BRMS1)是2000年在乳腺癌细胞中发现的肿瘤转移抑制基因,研究发现其在多种恶性肿瘤中具有抑制肿瘤细胞转移的能力,可明显减少转移灶的发生,但其具体作用机制仍不清楚。对BRMS1基因的深入研究必将有助于对肿瘤转移的早期诊断及治疗,本文就BRMS1的基因结构、蛋白功能及其与肿瘤的关系、作用机制等予以综述。
