摘    要:采用PEG 2 0M毛细柱 ,FID检测器 ,用外标法测定了皂甙类吸附树脂及银杏黄酮中mg/L级苯系物的含量 ,最低检测限为 0 0 0 2mg/L ,大孔树脂中苯残留量为 0 78~ 3 99mg/L ,甲苯残留量为 0 0 4~ 0 74mg/L ;银杏黄酮中苯残留量为 0 2 5~ 0 35mg/L ,其它苯系物的含量均小于 0 0 0 2mg/L。本实验分析方法操作简便 ,结果准确可靠 ,在国内尚属首次报道

Abstract:Concentration of mg/L benzene homologs in saponin adsorption resin and ginkgo flavones is determined by an external standard method using GC with PEG-20M capillary column and FID detector. The minimum detector limit is 0.002 mg/L. In big aperture resin, the retention amount of benzene is 0.78~3.99 mg/L, and toluele is 0.04~0.74 mg/L; while in ginkgo flavones, the retention amount of benzene is 0.25~0.35 mg/L, and other benzene homologs are all less than 0.002 mg/L. The method had the advantage of easy operation, as well as accurate and reliable result.
