胃液细菌培养在早产儿早发性败血症诊断中的价值

目的：探讨胃液细菌培养在早产儿早发性败血症诊断中的价值。方法：168例有感染高危因素的早产儿在出生1 h内（开奶前）行胃液细菌培养,按其临床表现及实验室检查分为感染组（76例）和非感染组（92例）,分析两组胃液细菌培养阳性率的差别。结果：感染组胃液细菌培养阳性率（46.1%）较非感染组（22.8%）高（P〈0.01）。以凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌常见（30.4%、21.4%和16.1%）。结论：胃液细菌培养阳性率高,可作为有高危因素早产儿早发性败血症诊断的一个重要参考指标。

The Value of Gastic Aspirate Culture in the Diagnosis of Early Onset Neonatal Sepsis

Objective：To discuss the value of gastic aspirate culture in the diagnosis of early onset neonatal sepsis. Method：The bacterial culture of gastric fluid with 168 premature infants of predisposing high-risk factors at an hour after birth（before breastfeed）was performed. The infectious（76 cases）and non-infectious groups（92 cases）were divided according to their manifestation and laboratory examination. The positive difference of bacterial culture of gastric fluid between two groups was analyzed. Results：The positive rate of bacterial culture of gastric fluid in the Infectious group was higher than that the non-infectious group（P〈0.01）. The most common bacteria were coagulase negative staphylococcus（30.4%）,Escherichia coli（21.4%）and Klebsiella pneumoniae（16.1%）. conclusion：It can be used as an important reference index for diagnosis of early onset sepsis in premature infants with positive rate of bacterial culture of gastric fluid.
