预混胰岛素对新诊断2型糖尿病患者血糖控制疗效观察

摘    要:目的:评估预混胰岛素(优泌乐50、优泌林70/30和诺和锐30)对新诊断2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:新诊断的2型糖尿病患者(143例)随机分为优泌乐50组(48例)、优泌林70/30组(47例)和诺和锐30组(48例),于每日早、晚餐前皮下注射,12周后,观察并比较3组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白C(HbA1c)的变化。结果:3组FPG水平相似;优泌乐50组2 hPG优于其它2组,且HbA1c水平更低(P〈0.05)。结论:优泌乐50、优泌林70/30及诺和锐30对新诊断2型糖尿病PG控制疗效肯定,优泌乐50对2 hPG的控制优于优泌林70/30和诺和锐30。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of premixed insulins (lispro mix 50/50, humulin 70/30 and aspart 30) in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: A total of 143 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into lispro mix 50/50 (48 cases), humulin 70/30 (47 cases)and aspart 30 (48 cases)groups. After treatment for 12 weeks, the fasting plasma glucose(FPG), postprandial plasma glucose(2 hPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1 c)were observed and compared. Results: The FPG was similar in three groups. The 2 hPG and HbA1 c were significantly more effective in the lispro mix 50/50 group than those in other groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Lispro mix 50/50, humulin 70/30 and aspart 30 are effective in treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus. Lispro mix 50/50 is more effective in controlling postprandial plasma glucose.
