43名癔病女兵心理护理研究

目的探讨癔病女兵患者心理特点。方法对43例癔病女兵患者发病期进行心理护理,并采用症状自测量表(SCL-90)对癔病女兵在护理前后进行心理测评并做比较分析。结果癔病女兵患者入院时躯体化(2.15±0.60)、强迫(2.00±0.49)、人际关系(2.18±0.52)、焦虑(2.29±0.80)、抑郁(1.98±0.66)、敌对(1.96±0.62)、恐怖(1.67±0.49)、偏执(1.94±0.89)、精神病性(2.03±0.76)9个因子显著高于国内常模(P<0.01),治疗和心理护理后9个因子均有明显改善,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论针对性的心理护理,可以显著改善癔病女兵的病态心理。

Psychological nursing for 43 women-soldiers with hysteria

Objective To investigate the psychological characteristics of hysteria patients of women-soldiers. Methods Psychological nursing was performed in 43 hysteria patients of women-soldiers. SCL-90 was used to examine and evaluate their mentality before and after nursing, and the statistic data was analyzed. Results 9 factors in SCL-90 were higher in scores than in Chinese populace norm(P<0.01): somatization, compulsion, interpersonal relation, anxiety, depression, hostility, horror, paranoid state, psychosis. After treatment, all the factors were improved with significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusions Pertinent psychological nursing need to be performed to improve the mentality of hysteria patients of women-soldiers.
