| 摘 要： | 目的研究红景天的抗疲劳作用。方法设0.83g/kg、1.67g/kg和5.00g/kg体重3个剂量组,对小鼠负重游泳时间、肝糖原、血尿素氮和血乳酸进行测定。结果小鼠负重游泳时间明显延长,肝糖原的含量明显升高,血尿素氮显著下降,且血乳酸曲线下面积明显减小。结论红景天具有抗疲劳作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the anti-fatigue function of Rhodola.Methods Mice were divided into three dose groups of 0.83,1.67 and 5.00g/kg.Loading swimming time,levels of liver hepatin,blood urea nitrogen and blood lactic acid of the mice were detected.Results With the loading swimming time prolonging,liver hepatin levels increased obviously;blood urea nitrogen levels decreased significantly;area below blood lactic acid curve decreased significantly.Conclusions Rhodola has anti-fatigue function. |
