子宫肌瘤介入栓塞治疗后组织病理学表现

目的 :研究子宫肌瘤 ( uterine myom a,UM)的血供和子宫肌瘤超选择栓塞治疗后组织病理学的表现。方法 :83例 UM行血管造影观察供血方式 ,然后超选择注入白芨微粒混悬剂栓塞其供血动脉。组织学检查观察栓塞后 U M的表现。结果 :随访 6个月 ,16例患者 U M消失 ,63例不同程度缩小 ,缩瘤率 95 .2 %。栓塞后 U M细胞核大部碎解、消失 ,瘤组织呈弥漫性透明变性。 U M内不规则管腔中可见栓塞剂白芨微粒。结论 :超选择栓塞供血动脉治疗 UM,使 U M发生缺血、变性、坏死和萎缩。UM介入治疗是一种微创、安全有效的新方法

Histopathologic appearance of uterine myoma after intervenient embolic therapy

Objective:It is to study the blood supply of uterine myoma(UM) and histopathologic manifestation after superselective embolism arteries. Methods: Eighty-three patients were diagnosed UM by Utasonography and Angiography. Then the blood supply of UM was observed, and bletilla striata particle suspension was used to embolize blood supply arteries superselectivly. The pathologic manifestation was observed and analysed. Results: Followed-up 6 months, UM of 16 patients were eliminated completely, and 63 patients were reduced. The average reductive rate was 95.2%. After embolization, nucleus of UM disintegrated and disappeared subtotally, and neoplastic tissues appeared widely hyaline degeneration. Bletilla striata particle appeared in the irregular vessels of UM. Conclusion:Superselective embolism blood supply arteries can make UM ischemia, degeneration, necrosis and atrophy. Intervenient embolic therapy on UM is a safe and effective treatment method. ;
