玻璃体手术治疗严重眼外伤影响治疗效果因素分析

目的探讨玻璃体手术治疗严重眼外伤的影响预后治疗效果的因素。方法对93例（93眼）严重眼外伤行玻璃体切除手术的资料行回顾性分析。结果手术成功84眼（90．32％），失败9眼（9．68％）。术前视力≥0．02者手术成功率高于术前视力〈0．02者；术前合并视网膜脱离者治疗效果明显差于无视网膜脱离者；在外伤后7～14d内接受玻璃体手术者手术成功率明显高于7d以内与14d以后手术者。结论伤眼术前视力、视网膜脱离的发生与手术时机的选择是影响伤眼手术后视力的重要因素。

Analysis of influencing factors in vitrectomy for treating of severe ocular trauma

Objective To study the factors that affecting the prognosis of vitrectomy in treating of severe ocular trauma, nethotis Retrospectively analyzed 93 patients （93 eyes） of severe ocular trauma that had undergone vitrectomy. Results In the 93 eyes, it was succeesful in 84 eyes （ 90.32% ） , 9 eyes （ 9.68% ） were failed. The successful rate was lower in patients with pre-operative VA 〈 0.02 than that in patients with pre-operative VA 〉 0.02. Pre-operative retina detachment resulted in a poorer VA compared with eyes without retina detachment. The functional cure rate of 44 eyes that undergone vitrectomy in 7-14 days after injury was higher than the other eyes that in 7 days or over 14 days. Conclusion Pre-operative RD, the surgery time and the pre-operative VA are the most important factors influencing the prognosis of vitrectomy in severe iujuried eyes.
