电针对人体体表微循环血流灌注量及红外辐射轨迹影响的比较观察

摘    要:目的观察常态下督脉循行线下深部组织微循环血流灌注量及其在针刺过程中的变化,探讨针刺对人体体表循经红外辐射轨迹(IRRTM)的影响。方法观察25名健康成年志愿者,针刺督脉的大椎、命门穴,用三通道激光多谱勒血流仪和红外热像仪进行记录。结果①常态下沿督脉线下深部组织微循环血流灌注量均较其两侧旁开非经对照点高(P<0.01);②电针后督脉线下深部组织微循环血流灌注量较电针前增高,但尚未达到显著性差异(P>0.05);③针刺使部分受试者体表循经红外辐射轨迹变得更加连续和规整。结论督脉循行线下深部组织中的微循环血流灌注量较其两侧非经对照部位高,电针有使沿经组织的微循环血流灌注量进一步增高的趋势,提示循经红外辐射轨迹与人体的机能调控有密切的关系。
