| 摘 要： | 采用分光光度测定法监测了150例癫痫患者治疗中血苯巴比妥浓度,其中84例连续服药20天以上。实验结果表明,苯巴比妥服用量与其在血中的浓度呈正相关(r儿=0.847, P<0.01;r成=0.991,P<0.01)。但因个体差异,服用同样剂量的病人,血药物浓度不尽相同,提示癫痫治疗过程中,监测血苯巴比妥浓度是必要的,对指导调整用药剂量有重要参考价值。

| Abstract: | Phenobarbital concentration in blood serum was measured by means of spectrophotometry in 150 cases of epilepsy, 84 of which had taken pheno-barbital continuously for more than 20 days. The results showed that thedosage of phenobarbital had a positive correlation with its concentration in the blood. However, owing to individual differences, different patients showed different phenobarbital levels with the same amount of the drug in the reatment. The measurement is very important for controlling the dosage of the drug. |
