厦门市医疗机构消毒卫生质量监测分析

目的了解厦门市医疗机构消毒状况和影响因素。方法按GB15982-1995、GB15981-1995对医院消毒相关物品进行采样监测。结果结果显示,医务人员手和室内空气细菌总数合格率分别为86.4%和88.2%,低于物体表面、消毒液和医疗用品的合格率,所有监测对象均未检出金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌和乙型溶血性链球菌等致病菌。结论应加强各医院消毒的工作管理,严格执行消毒灭菌操作规程,避免医院感染的发生。

Surveillance And Analysis Of Hospital Disinfection Quality In Xiamen City

Objective To learn about the state of disinfecting quality and its impact factors of the hospitals in Xiamen city. Methods According to GB15982-1995 and GB15981-1995, the sampling and surveillance were carried out to the objects concerned for disinfecting in the hospital. Results It showed the qualification rates of the medical staff hands（86.4%）、 the room air（88.2%） were lower than the qualification rates of the object＇s surface？ the disinfectants in use and the medical treatment necessities.In all the samples,the Staphylococcus aureus？the Pseudomonas aeruginosa and the Beta hemolytic streptococcus were not detected. Conclusions The work of management of the hospital disinfection and the operating rules and the regulations strictly should be strengthened to avoid the occurrence of hospital infection.
