| 摘 要： | 目的观察Orem自理模式在护理下肢骨折患者中的作用，更好的了解患者自护需求，为护理工作提供对策。方法将100例下肢骨折患者随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组采用常规的护理方法，观察组采用Orem自理模式。比较两组患者下地活动时间、平均住院天数、护理效果满意度三项指标。结果经统计学分析，两组患者三项指标差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论运用Orem自理模式，能最大限度地恢复患者的自理能力，提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of application of Orem self-care mode in the nursing process for low limb fracture patients. Methods 100 cases were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the con- trol group were treated by regular nursing, while in the observe group patients were treated by Orem self-care mode. Results There were significant difference in the observe group and the control group. Conclusions Applying the Orem self-care mode can decrease the complications and helps patients recover earlier. |
