| 摘 要： | 目的观察葛根芩连汤治疗小儿热泻的临床疗效。方法本院儿科对收治156例小儿腹泻病例随机分为两组。对照组78例,采用西药抗病毒、补液、纠酸等对症疗法,治疗组78例,在对照组基础上加服葛根芩连汤治疗。结果葛根芩连汤对小儿热泻有显著疗效。结论在小儿热泻的治疗中,联合中药葛根芩连汤口服疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To find the clinical curative effect of the GeGen qinlian Decoction on infants＇ heat diarrhea. Methods Our hospital divided 156 infants who suffered from the heat diarrhea into two groups random. The infants in one of group are cured by western medicine,such as anti-virus Granule fluid infusion and so on. The infants in the other group are cured by GeGen qinlian Decoction. Results The GeGen qinlian Decoction has a great effect on infants heat diarrhea. Conclusions Western medicine combined with Gegen Qinlian Decoction Treating infants heat is more effective than western medicine alone. |
