某电子基板制造企业扩建项目职业病危害预评价

目的对某电子基板制造企业扩建项目进行职业病危害预评价，识别、评价、控制建设项目可能产生的职业病危害，并为卫生行政部门审批建设项目提供依据。方法通过收集相关资料、现场调查，采用类比法和检查表法等方法对建设项目进行综合评价。结果该建设项目可能存在的职业病危害因素为：醇类有机溶剂、铅烟、噪声、局部高温等。类比项目中各种职业病危害因素检测结果均能符合国家卫生标准，铅烟、甲醇、苯、甲苯、二甲苯均低于检出限，异丙醇检测结果89．5—139．3mg／m^3。结论该项目属职业病危害一般的项目，但在职业卫生管理、职业卫生专项投资等方面需进一步完善。

Pre-Assessment of Occupational Hazards in Expansion Construction Project of Electronic Substrate Enterprise

Objective To access the effect of pre-assessment of occupational disease hazard for an expansion construction project in the electronic factory,so as to identify and control the possible hazards,and provide evidences for the administrative examination.Methods Based on data collection and field survey, analogy method and checklist method were carried out to evaluate.Results The main occupational risk factors were alcoholic solvents,lead fume,noise and local high temperature.Analogical project was detected and risk factors such as lead fume,methanol,benzene,toluene and xylol accorded with national standards,while the concentration of isopropyl alcohol was 89.5-139.3 mg/m3.Conclusion The construction project is a general hazard project.But the health management and special fund investment still need to be strengthened.
