宫腔镜插管通液术联合散结镇痛胶囊治疗输卵管性不孕的疗效观察

目的:观察宫腔镜直视下输卵管插管通液反复加压疏通术联合散结镇痛胶囊治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:将输卵管阻塞性不孕的患者86例随机分为2组,治疗组43例,予宫腔镜直视下输卵管插管通液反复加压疏通术、经期抗炎联合散结镇痛胶囊治疗;对照组43例,予宫腔镜直视下输卵管插管通液反复加压疏通术、经期抗炎治疗。疗程均为3个月。结果:2组输卵管通畅程度均有明显改善,但治疗组优于对照组,受孕率高于对照组,疗效显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜直视下输卵管插管通液反复加压疏通术、经期抗炎联合散结镇痛胶囊治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症疗效较好,值得推广。

The study of treating infertility caused by obstruction of uterine tube by hysteroscopy and laparoscopy combined with analgesic capsule

Objective:Observation of the clinical curative efficacy of the combination of hydrotubation with analgesic capsule when under direct observation of hysteroscopes in the treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility in order to seek better treatment methods.Methods:Made 86 cases of oviduct obstructive infertility patients randomly divide into 2 groups,43 cases of the treatment group,let them receive the treatment of the combination of hydrotubation with analgesic capsule when under direct observation of hysteroscopes.Control groups in 43 cases,let them receive the treatment of hydrotubation when under direct observation of hysteroscopes and anti-inflammatory treatment of menstruation.Both of them receive the course of 3 months.Result:2 groups of fallopian tube patency levels have improved markedly,but the efficacy of the treatment group is better than the control group,pregnancy rate is higher than the control group,clinical significant have great differences(P <0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative efficacy of the combination of hydrotubation with analgesic capsule when under direct observation of hysteroscopes in the treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility is better,worth promoting.
