青春期功能失调性子宫出血的调经治疗研究

目的:探讨人工周期调经对青春期功能失调性子宫出血(青春期功血)的临床效果及其安全性。方法:回顾性分析85例患者,经人工周期调经(50例,观察组)和口服复合避孕药调经(35例,对照组)6个周期治疗后,两组撤药性岀血时间及不良反应,以及治疗结束后第3月末和第6月末临床总有效率。结果:治疗期间两组撤药性岀血时间及不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P0.05),治疗结束后第3月末和第6月末复查临床总有效率,观察组明显高于对照组(P0.05)。结论:在调理青春期功血中人工周期调经效果较复合避孕药效果好。

The Therapy Research for the Effect of Adjusting Menstrual Cycle in Patients with Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding in Adolescents

Objective:To study the clinical effect of adjusting menstrual cycle using the artificial cycle in patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding in adolescents and to observe their safety.Method:Retrospective analysis of 85 clinic patients,by artificial cycle (50 cases in the observation group) and the combined oral contraceptive(35 patients,control group) to regulate menstruation after 6 cycles of treatment,observe the time of blood withdrawal medicinal sign out and the incidence of adverse reactions,as well as the total clinical effective rate at the end of the first 3 months and the end of the first 6 months after the treatment.Results:The time of blood withdrawal medicinal sign out and the incidence of adverse reactions was no significant difference(P>0.05) during the treatment time.Observer group was better than control group for the total clinical effective rate at the end of the first 3 months and the end of the first 6 months after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:For dysfunctional uterine bleeding in adolescents the effects of artificial cycle are better than the contraceptive effects.
