| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨儿童遗尿症的中西医结合治疗临床疗效。方法:采用中草药遗尿汤及西药甲氯芬酯等,配合心理治疗、膀胱锻炼、推拿疗法等综合疗法治疗遗尿患儿38例。结果:显效26例,有效11例,无效1例,总有效率97.37%。结论:遗尿症大多数属于功能性遗尿,采用中西医结合疗法治疗效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment on children enuresis.Methods: Use enuresis decoction made from Chinese herbal medicine,and western medicine meclofenoxate etc,together with psychotherapy,bladder exercise and massotherapy etc.as a comprehensive treatment to 38 children suffering from enuresis.Results: 26 cases show notable effect,11 cases have effect,1 case with no effect.The total effectiveness is 97.37%.Conclusion: Most of enuresis cases are functional and can be effectively treated by employing the method of combining traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. |
