羊水补充疗法治疗未足月胎膜早破疗效评价

目的：探讨羊水补充疗法治疗未足月胎膜早破的临床价值。方法：选择妊娠晚期28～37周胎膜早破孕妇100例，分为两组，治疗组、对照组各50例。治疗组除常规治疗日常饮食外，每日饮水（牛奶，汤等）2000ml以上，配合静脉补液。对照组行常规治疗日常饮食。两组分别于治疗或观察前d1、d5、d8测定羊水指数（AFI），此后两组均每一周监测AFI1次，直至分娩，比较两组妊娠结局。结果：治疗组饮水后AFI明显升高，与饮水前及对照组比较，差异均有显著性（P〈0．01）。治疗组新生儿平均体重明显高于对照组，治疗组剖宫产率、新生儿窒息及畸形率明显低于对照组。结论：羊水补充疗法治疗未足月胎膜早破安全、经济、有效、简单易行，并能促进胎儿发育，减少新生儿窒息率、畸形率、降低剖宫产率。

Healing Effect Evaluation on Amniotic Replacement Therapy to Preterm Premature Rupture of the Membranes

Objective ：To discuss the clinical evaluation on amniotie replacement therapy to preterm premature rupture of the membranes （ PPROM ）. Method ： There were 100 late pregnancy women of 28 - 37 weeks and divided them into two groups, treatment group and comparison group, each of them has 50 exampies. Besides the conventional treatment and daily diet, the treatment group members drank water more than 2000ml everyday, and got the intravenous rehydration supernumerary; while the comparison group members only had conventional treatment and daily diet. Both of the two group members were detected amniotie fluid index （AFI） on the first, fifth and eighth day before curing or observation, after that, the two group members were detected AFI once a week, and compared the pregnancy results until accouchement. Result： The AFI of treatment group is higher significandy after drinking water, and compared with the results before drinking and with the comparison group, the difference is significant（ P 〈0.01 ）. The average weight of new arrival is much more weighed than that of comparison group, and the cesarean section rate, neonatal asphyxia and＇deformity rate of treatment group is much lower than that of comparison group. Conclusion： The method of amniotie replacement therapy to PPROM is safe, economic, effective and simple, and this healing method could promote fetal development, reduce the rate of neonatal asphyxia, deformity rate and cesarean section rate.
