| 摘 要： | 目的:了解头孢菌素类抗生素的临床应用情况,为医院头孢菌素类抗生素应用管理提供依据。方法:对2005年~2007年我院头孢菌素的品种、用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计、分析。结果:3年中,我院头孢菌素类抗生素的用药金额年平均增长率为39.57%;第三代头孢菌素类抗生素用量最大,用药金额占当年头孢菌素类抗生素75%以上;2007年的第一代、第三代口服头孢菌素类抗生素的DDDs明显高于2005年。结论:第三代头孢菌素类抗生素的使用明显增加,为减少细菌耐药性的发生,应采取措施防止滥用该类药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinic application of cephalosporin,and provide the basis for management in this hospital.Methods: The kinds,consumption sum and frequency(by defined daily dose method,DDD) of cephalosporin applied from 2005 to 2007 in this hospital were statistically analyzed.Results: The consumption sum of cephalosporin kept increasing with an annual rate of 39.57% in this three year period.The sum of third generation cephalosporin was the most,accounting for more than 75%.And in 2007,DDDs of the ... |
