医学生性心理及性知识现状调查

为了解医学生性心理、性知识现状,对在校1~3年级的311名学生采用现场答卷的方式进行了调查。结果显示:有72.03%的学生认为在校时应该谈恋爱;有36.33%的学生希望体验性生活;有30.55 %的学生认为婚前性行为对女性无害;有29.58%的学生认为只要双方相爱即可以发生性关系;有30.87%的学生认为青春期性教育可导致青少年性行为增加。作为医学生对男、女性生理知识的了解相对欠缺,其中对月经期保健知识和遗精机理了解的分别为30.55%和30.87%。由此得出结论:医学生中性心理状态比较混乱,性知识相对较缺乏。加强学校健康教育和青春期生殖卫生教育,发挥家庭父母对子女的教育作用及伙伴的宣传和影响作用,把性教育作为系统工作来抓是改善当前大学生性心理、提高性知识水平的有效途径。

PREVALENCE SURVEY ON SEXUAL PSYCHE AND KNOWLEDGE AMONG MEDICAL STUDENTS

In order to study the prevalence of the medical students' sexual psyche and knowledge, an investigation for 311 students who are from freshman or senior were made through scene answer sheet. The result indicated that 72. 03% of them thinking that love should be allowed; 36. 33% want to experience sex life; 30.55 % think sex instinct act before marrige does no harm to the female; 29.58 % think sex act can be permitted if the two are fall love, 30.78 % think adolescent sexual education will increase teengers sex act. As medical students, their knowledge about sex psychological is lacking, and only 30% of them have the knowledge on menstrual health care and nocturnal emission mechanism, the sexual psyche state among medical students is chaotic and in some degree they are short of sex knowledge. So it will be an efficient way to improve contemporary college students sex psychology by strengthening education on health at school and adolescent reproductive health,and developing family's and company's function through education and propagation, as well as regarding the sex education as systimatic task.
