针刺对肥胖大鼠肥胖指标及脂肪组织形态学影响

目的：通过研究针刺对肥胖大鼠指标及脂肪组织形态的影响，探讨针刺减肥疗效，为临床应用针刺减肥提供实验依据。方法：采用自制高脂饲料制备肥胖大鼠模型．取后三里、内庭及天枢穴进行针刺治疗．观察针刺对食源性肥胖大鼠的体重、Lee’s指数、脂肪重量、脂肪细胞大小的改变情况。结果：与肥胖组相比．针刺后大鼠体重减轻．Lee’s指数降低，腹腔脂肪重量明显减轻，脂肪细胞变小、皱缩．脂滴明显减少，纤维组织增生。结论：针刺治疗食源性肥胖大鼠的疗效显著。

Effect of acupuncture on obesity parameters and morphology of fat tissue in obese rats

Objectives: To observe the effect of acupuncture on weight, Lee's index, weight of fat tissue, the size of fat cells in obese rat fed by self-prescribed high calorie diet, research the mechanism of weight-loose function of acupuncture and provide a principle for the clinical practice of acupuncture. Methods: We prepared the obese rats by self-prescribed high calorie diet and observed the effect of acupuncture treatment on obese rats and its morphological effect on fat tissues. Results; Compared with obese rat without acupuncture, in acupunctured obese rat, the body weight and the wet weights of celiac fat were lower, Lee's index decreased, the adipocytes were smaller and the fat in the cells were lower, fibrous tissue increased inside of the cells. Conclusion: It suggests that the weight lose effect of acupuncture on obese rats is obvious.
