改良法经桡动脉介入治疗减少桡动脉并发症的研究

摘    要:目的评估改良法经桡动脉介入治疗减少桡动脉并发症的临床应用价值。方法将1354例患者,随机表法分为普通组(经桡动脉介入组)和改良法组(改良法经桡动脉介入组),观察桡动脉并发症。结果改良组出现脑梗死和桡动脉闭塞等严重并发症明显低于普通组,前臂血肿、迷走神经反射、桡动脉痉挛和无需手术假性动脉瘤等一般并发症也明显低于普通组。两组均未出现骨筋膜综合征、需外科手术的假性动脉瘤。结论改良法经桡动脉介入治疗能有效地避免严重桡动脉并发症的发生。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of modified transradial coronary intervention in reducing radial artery complications. Methods A total of 1354 patients were divided into the ordinary group (transradial coronary intervention group) and the modified method group (modified transradial coronary intervention group) according to the random table method.The radial artery complications of the two groups were observed. Results The modified group was significantly lower than the ordinary group in the incidences of severe complications such as cerebral infarction and radial artery occlusion;The modified group was also significantly lower than the ordinary group in the incidences of ordinary complications such as forearm hematoma,vagal reflex,radial artery spasm and pseudoaneurysm not requiring surgery.No osteofascial syndrome or pseudoaneurysm requiring surgery appeared in either group. Conclusion Modified transradial coronary intervention can effectively avoid the occurrence of severe radial artery complications.
