小剂量米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤64例效果观察

目的探讨小剂量米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法选取2006年3月～2008年12月本院收治的子宫肌瘤患者64例，所有患者给予米非司酮12．5mg，每晚睡前服用，于月经周期第3天开始用药，每天1次，3个月为1个疗程。观察治疗前后患者子宫肌瘤体积、血红蛋白水平，月经变化情况及不良反应发生情况。结果经过3个月治疗后，子宫肌瘤平均体积均较治疗前有所缩小，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），与用药前比较，患者平均血红蛋白值有不同程度升高，两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；所有患者均未出现严重并发症。结论小剂量米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤具有良好的临床治疗效果，且不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。

Observation of curative effects on low-dose mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids

Objective To investigate the curative effects of low-dose mifepristone in the treatment ot Uterine fibroids. Methods 64 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital from March 2006 to December 2008 were selected. All patients were given mifepristone 12.5mg and every night at bedtime, the menstrual cycle day 3 start medication,one time a day and a course of three months.The uterine fibroid volume, hemoglobin levels,menstrual changes and adverse events were observationed. Results After 3 months of treatment,average volume of uterine fibroids than before treatment has narrowed,the difference was highly statistically significant （v0.01）.Compared with before treatment,patients with an average hemoglobin value has increased to varying degrees,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）;All patients were no serious complications. Conclusion Low-dose mifepristone in the treatment of Uterine fibroids has good clinical effect, fewer adverse reactions.It is worthy of widely application.
