布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇、异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效观察

目的探讨布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇、异丙托溴铵佐治小儿毛细支气管炎的效果。方法选取2010年1月～2013年1月毛细支气管炎患儿100例，分为对照组患儿（50例）进行常规抗感染、止咳、平喘等治疗，治疗组患儿（50例）加用布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇、异丙托溴铵雾化吸人。比较两组患儿治疗后的有效率，喘憋、咳嗽、肺部哕音等主要症状、体征消失时间。结果对照组的有效率74．0％，治疗组的有效率96．0％。两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（X^2=8．129，P〈0．05）。治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组患儿的咳嗽、喘憋、肺部哕音消失时间均明显快于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇、异丙托溴铵佐治毛细支气管炎疗效显著，无明显不良反应，值得临床推广。

Curative effect observation of budesonide combined with Albubterol and Atrovent in the Aerosol inhalation treatment of infantile bronchiolitis

Objective To discuss the effect of budesonide combined with Albubterol and Atrovent in the aerosol inhalation treatment of infantile bronchiolitis. Methods One hundred children with bronchiolitis selected from January 2010 to January 2013 were divided into the control group（50 cases） given conventional anti-infection, relieving cough and asthma therapy and the treatment group（50 cases） given budesonide combined with albubterol and atrovent aerosol inhalation treatment on the base of the control group. The effective rate and disappearing time of main symptoms and signs such as wheezing, cough, pulmonary rales of two groups after the treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.0%,while that in the control group was 74.0%,the difference was significant between two groups（X^2=8.129,P 〈 0.05）. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The disappearing time of cough, wheezing, pulmonary rales in the treatment group were significantly faster than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Budesonide combined with Albubterol and Atrovent in the aerosol inhalation treatment of bronchiolitis has significant curative effect, no obvious side effects, and is worthy of clinical popularization.
