比亚芬在乳腺癌术后放疗中预防皮肤反应的疗效观察

目的观察比亚芬预防乳腺癌改良根治术后胸壁放射性皮肤损伤的效果。方法57例乳腺癌改良根治术后患者随机分两组，治疗组29例在第1次放疗后给予比亚芬涂抹照射野皮肤，对照组28例做常规放疗皮肤护理。结果治疗组和对照组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级放射性皮肤损伤的发生率分别为55．2％、34．5％、10．3％和17．9％、42．9％、39．3％；累积剂量25Gy时急性放射性皮肤损伤的发生率分别为75．0％和48.3％。两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论早期使用比亚芬能有效降低乳腺癌改良根治术后胸壁放射性皮肤损的程度，延缓损伤发生的时间。

Clinical observation of biafine cream in prevention of radioactive dermatitis in patients with breast cancer after modified mastectomy

Objective To observe the effect of biafine cream to prevent acute radioactive dermatitis in patients with breast cancer after modified mastectomy. Methods 59 patients with breast cancer after modified mastectomy were randomized into two groups. Biafine cream was used in 29 cases in treatment group since the first radiotherapy,while another 28 cases in control group were given conventional radiotherapy nursing method. Results The rates of acute radioactive dermatitis of grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ in the treatment group and in the control group were 55.2%,34.5%,10.3% and 17.9%,42.9%,39.3%, respectively; in the cumulative dose of 25Gy,the incidence rate of acuter radioactive dermatitis were75.0% and 48.3%, respectively.There was a significant difference between them（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Biafine cream can prevent acute radiation response in skin in breast cancer patients after modified mastectomy, and can postpone the occurrence of acute radiation dermatitis.
