Morisky问卷测量甲状腺功能亢进患者用药依从性的信度和效度评价

目的探讨Morisky问卷用于测量我国甲亢患者服药依从性的信度和效度。方法选择85名合格受访者，根据其1个月服用抗甲状腺药物的情况填写或访谈Morisky问卷。对其中32名受访者进行间隔3～7d的两次调查。统计问卷内部一致性（Crobach0系数）、重测信度（组内相关系数）以及结构效度和会聚效度。结果问卷信度分析Cronbacho系数为0．726，各条目及问卷总分的组内相关系数0．6～1．00，因子分析提取公共因子2个，经转化因子积累贡献率为62．566％，载何值〈0．4，4条目〉0．4，公因子方差〉0．4。结论Morisky问卷具有良好的信度和效度，适合作为甲状腺功能亢进患者进行服药依从性评价。

Reliability and validity of Morisky questionnaire in measurement of the compliance with hyperthyroidism medications

Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of Morisky questionnaire in measurement of the compliance with hyperthy roidism medications. Methods Eighty-five eligible subjects were selected and asked to fill in a Morisky questionnaire about their adher ence in taking antihyperthyroidism drugs during the past 1 month;thirty-one of them received two surveys in the month. The internal co- sistency （Cronbach u coefficients）, test-retest reliability （interclass correlation coefficients）, construct validity were calculated. Results The Cronbach a coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.726 and the interclass correlation coefficients between the items and the total scores of the questionnaires ranged from 0.6 to 1.00. Factor analysis yielded two factors with an accumulated contribution rate of 62. 566%, and the loading values of all items on this factor were above 0.4, communality 〉 0.4. Conclusions The Morisky questionnaire has good reliability and validity and can be used for measuring medication adherence among hyperthyroidism patients.
