摘 要: | 目的对肺癌组织中5种微量元素检测指标进行综合分析,探讨其在肺癌发生发展中的作用,为肺癌的早期诊断和治疗提供一定的理论基础。方法以Pubmed、Embase、CNKI、维普数据库和万方等数据库全面检索1985-2012年收录的已发表的相关文献,纳入的研究应包括肺癌组织和癌旁组织,微量元素的检测至少包括cd、cr、Pb、As和se中的一个,使用Review anger5.0软件和Statal2.0软件进行分析。结果共纳入11篇文献,与癌旁组织相比,肺癌组织中cd的含量降低了0.25μg·g^-195%CI:-0.47,-0.03;P=0.03),Se的含量升高了0.17μg^-195%CI:0.01,0.32;P=0.03),Cr、As和Pb的含量在两组间无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。结论肺癌患者组织内微量元素含量的差异,对肺癌的早期诊断和治疗具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: | Objective To analyze 5 kinds of trace elements concentration in lung cancer/ paracancerous tissues, to explore it effect on happening and developing of lung cancer, so as to provide basic theory for the early-stage diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer. Meth ods A search was made for articles on following trace elements in lung eancer/paracancerous tissues: cadmium,chromium,lead,arse nic,selenium. Pubmed,Embase,CNKI,VIP Information, WANFANG DATA (from 1985 - 2012) were the literature resources. Studies should include lung cancer and paracaneerous tissues, which measured at least one of the element concentration in tissues. Data were ana lyzed by the Review Manger 5.0 and Stata 12.0 software. Results Eleven original studies were included. Compared with paraeaneerous tissues Cd content in the lung cancer tissues reduced 0.25 μg . g^ - 1 ( 95 % CI : - 0.47, - 0.03 ; P = O. 03 ), Se content in the lung cancer tissues increased O. 17 μg . g^-1(95% C1:0. O1,0.32;P = O. 03 ). The concentration of Cr, As, Pb had no significant difference between the two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions It is important to detect the difference in trace element between lung cancer and paracancer ous tissues for the early-stage diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer. |
