儿童矮小症生长激素激发试验结果及护理

目的探讨适合身材矮小患儿有效、简单而可靠的生长激素（GH）激发试验的方法及减少其不良反应的护理。方法收集2010年8月—-2013年2月安徽医科大学第一附属医院儿科的矮小症住院患儿71例，予左旋多巴联合精氨酸行生长激素激发试验，并加强试验前、试验中、试验后的护理及健康指导。结果71例共497次静脉采血全部顺利完成，均未发生严重的不良反应。结论左旋多巴口服联合精氨酸静脉滴注进行生长激素激发试验方法简单，有效的护理可预防和减轻试验过程的不良反应，是顺利完成生长激素激发试验的保障。

Growth hormone provocation test and the nuring in children with short stature

Objective To identify an effective, simple and reliable method of growth hormone （GH） provocation test for treating children with short stature, and to find nursing method to decrease side effects. Methods Seventy-one cases of patient children with short stature admitted to our hospital from August 2010 to February 2013 were treated by GH provocation test with levodopa and arginine. Nursing and health guidance in pre-treatment,treatment and follow-up period was enhanced. Results A total of 497 times of blood drawing in 71 ca ses were successfully completed, and none had severe side effects. Conclusions Oral evodopa combining with intravenous drip arginine for growth hormone provocation is simple. Effective nursing can prevent and reduce the side effect in the test period, ensure the successful completion of GH provocation test.
