护生临床实习初期身心体验的质性研究

目的：探讨护生在实习初期的身心体验，为改进临床护理教学提供依据。方法：采用质性研究的方法对13名护生进行访谈．将获得的资料进行分析、整理，得出主题。结果：护生在实习初期的身心体验包括以下几个主题：兴奋与期待：环境与工作的压力较大；理论、操作技能不熟练，怕不胜任临床工作；角色期望与现实的差距；沟通能力欠缺；学习与实践相脱节；人际关系压力较大。结论：护生在实习初期会产生很多的不良心理体验，对其应给予关心、引导，并采取有效措施以促进护生的身心健康提高临床实习效果。

Qualitative study on physical and mental experience of nursing students during the early days of clinical practice
