护生临床实习初期身心体验的质性研究

摘    要:目的:探讨护生在实习初期的身心体验,为改进临床护理教学提供依据。方法:采用质性研究的方法对13名护生进行访谈.将获得的资料进行分析、整理,得出主题。结果:护生在实习初期的身心体验包括以下几个主题:兴奋与期待:环境与工作的压力较大;理论、操作技能不熟练,怕不胜任临床工作;角色期望与现实的差距;沟通能力欠缺;学习与实践相脱节;人际关系压力较大。结论:护生在实习初期会产生很多的不良心理体验,对其应给予关心、引导,并采取有效措施以促进护生的身心健康提高临床实习效果。
