| 摘 要： | 采用小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验，就亚硒酸钠对醋酸铅诱发染色体断裂的抑制作用进行了研究。结果表明，三种不同浓度的醋酸铅均可使小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率明显增高，两种不同浓度亚硒酸钠均可使三种不同浓度的醋酸铅诱发的小鼠骨髓细胞微核率明显降低。

| Abstract: | The effect of sodium biselenite on suppression of the clastogenesis induced by lead acetate in mice bone marrow cells was studied.The results showed that the number of micronuclei induced by different doses of lead acetate were increased significantly in mice receiving two different dose of sodium biselenite. |
