体重变化与确诊高血压的关系

本文利用１９９１～１９９２年在天津市滨江医院内科门诊高血压抽样调查资料进行配比病例对照研究。病例为调查前２年内或在调查时新诊断的２０３例确诊高血压病人。对照为按照年龄和性别配比的其他无心脑血管病史的门诊病人。应用条件Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ回归模型分析资料。结果显示，确诊高血压不仅与调查时体重或体重指数（Ｋｇ／Ｍ￣２）有关，亦与体重变化有关。同基础体重相比，较高的发胖程度和较早的开始发胖年龄是确诊高血压的危险因素。二者与高血压危险性存在剂量反应关系。

STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CHANGE OF WEIGHT AND DEFINITE HYPERTENSION

To study the relationship between change of weight and hypertension(HBP),a case-control study was conducted with data on HBP random sampling survey in the outpatient service of department of internal medicine in TianjinBinjiang Hospital during period 1991-1992.The cases were selected from 203 patients with definite HBP diagnosed during period 1990-1992 and indentified newly in the survey,The controls were selected from other subjects of no cardiovascular disease histories matched by age and sex.The conditional logistic regression model was used for the analysis.The results showed that definite HBP not only related to weight or body weight index(Kg/M2)in the survey, but also it related to change of weight,Higher degree of fatting in comparison with basic weight and early age at beginning fatting were risk factors for developing definite HBP.There were the dose-respose relationships between degree of fatting,age at beginning fatting and risk of developing definite HBP.
