| 摘 要： | 金银花为益咽口服液中的主药，绿原酸是主要成分之一。本文研究了益咽糖浆剂型改制成口服液的工艺及薄层层析法定性。并用双波长薄层扫描法测定样品中绿原酸的含量作为质控方法，具有简便、快速、灵敏等优点。其平均回收率为１００．９％。

| Abstract: | Flus Lonicerae was the main medical plant in Yi-yan Syruplus in which the one of the main component was Chlorogenic acid.This paper investigated Yi-yan oral liquid which reformed from Yi-yan syruplus.The qualitative analysis with TLC and the determination of quantitative of Chlorogenic acid which TLCS were used as quality controlled methods which was simply,rapidly and sensititively.The average recovery rate is l00.9%. |
