蜂胶石油醚与正丁醇萃取物对大鼠实验性胃溃疡作用的比较观察

本文采用三种大鼠胃溃疡模型，作了蜂胶石油醚萃取物及蜂胶正丁醇萃取物抗溃疡作用的对比观察，并初步探讨其机理，实验结果，蜂胶石油醚萃取物能明显促进醋酸型溃疡的愈合（Ｐ＜０．００１），对抗应激型溃疡的形成（Ｐ＜０．０５），并降低胃液中游离酸度（Ｐ＜０．０１），增加ＰＧＥ２（Ｐ＜０．０１）和胃壁粘液含量（Ｐ＜０．０１）；而正丁醇萃取物对三种溃疡模型均无显著影响，但能降低胃液中胃蛋白酶活性（Ｐ＜０．０５），并增加粘液含量（Ｐ＜０．０５），表明蜂胶抗溃疡作用的主要有效部位是蜂胶石油醚萃取物部分，并初步提示蜂胶石油醚萃取物的抗溃疡作用可能与改善局部血液循环，促进组织再生修复，增加胃内粘液及ＰＧＥ２含量，抑制胃酸分泌，影响交感─肾上腺髓质系统等因素有关。＊ｐ＜０．００１，ｃｏｍｐａｒｅｄｗｉｔｈｃｏｎｔｒｏｌ；＃＃＃ｐ＜０．００１，ｃｏｍｐａｒｅｄｗｉｔｈＴｗｅｅｎ－８０Ｐ＜０．０５ｃｏｍｐａｒｅｄｗｉｔｈｃｉｍｅｔｉｄｉｎｅ统计结果（见Ｔａｂｌｅ１）．吐温－８０组与常水对照组相比无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），表明吐温－８０对溃疡无影响，而甲氰咪呱组与常水对照组相比有极显著性差异（Ｐ＜０，００１）．蜂胶石油醚萃取物组明显促?

Comparative studies of petroleum ether and n-butanol extract of Propolis on anti-gastric ulcer in experimental rats

The anti-ulcer effects of petroleum ether extract of Propolis(PEEP) and nbutanol extract of Propolis(BEP)were observed and compared in three types of gastric ulcer models in rats. PEEP could markedly promote the healing of gastric ulcer induced by aceticacid (P<0.001) and inhibit the formation of stress-induced ulcer (P<0.05).In addition,it could reduce the free acidity of gastric juice(P<0.01),and increase the content of PGE2(P<0.01) and mucus(P<0.01).BEP had no considerable effects on these ulcer models, but it could reduce the pepsin activity (P<0.05) and increase the content of mucus (P<0.05).These results suggest that PEEP was the effective component of anti-ulcer effect of Propolis, and its mechanisms may be related to improving local blood circulation, accelerating regeneration and repair of tissues, increasing the content of gastric mucus and PGE2, inhibiting the secretion of gastric acid, and affecting the sympathetic-adrenomedullary system.
