| 摘 要： | 观察了朝鲜槐树皮正丁醇萃取物对小白鼠３种炎症模型和大鼠１种炎症模型的疗效。实验结果表明，朝鲜槐树皮正丁醇萃取物对二甲苯、巴豆油所致的小鼠耳壳肿胀和对角叉菜引起的大鼠足肿胀的急性炎症模型有明显的抑制作用，对小鼠棉球肉芽肿也具有明显的抑制作用。

| Abstract: | The effects of n-butanol extract of the bark of Maackia amurensis for three acute and a chronic inflammation in rats and mice were studied. The n-butanol extract of the bark of Maackia amurensis markedly inhibited several inflammatory processes such as the swelling of ears in mice induced by xylene and croton oil, the swelling of hind paw inrats induced by carrageenin and the proliferation of granuloma induced by cotton-petters (p<0. 001), suggestting the n-butanol extract of the bark of Maackia amurensis has good effects of anti-acute and anti-chronic inflammations. |
