| 摘 要： | 目的 :建立珍胃宝散的质量标准。方法 :采用显微法和薄层层析法分别对样品中珍珠、川贝母、肉桂及三七、砂仁进行鉴别 ,结果 :鉴别方法专属性强 ,重现性好 ,阴性对照无干扰。结论 :本法可作为珍胃宝散质量控制依据

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To study on the quality standards for Zhenweibao powders.METHODS:Microscope characteristics and TLC method were used to identify Margarita,Burbus fritillariae cirrhosae, Oleum cinnamomi, Radix notoginseng and Fructus amomi.RESULTS:The methods were specific and reproducible, native contrast experiment was little interference. CONCLUSION:These methods can be used for the quality control of Zhenweibao powdes. |
