| 摘 要： | 本文使用微型园孔接骨板固定治疗9例12侧髁状突骨折,并与14例19侧钢丝拴结回顾性样本组进行比较,结合标本测量,手术情况初步探讨了该技术的临床可行性。结果认为微型接骨板技术用于髁状突低位骨折,可以缩短颌间固定期,降低骨折块术后再移位率。

| Abstract: | In this article, 9 cases 12 sides subcondylar fractures were rigidly fixed with miniplate. Conpared with 14cases 19 sides condylar fractures fixed with stainless steel wire retrospective investigation. The operation procedures and measurement of condylar region were discussed. The conclusion has showed that this technique is very useful in shortening IMF, promoting function and avoiding redislocation of condylar after operation. |
