稳定型心绞痛患者自我护理能力与健康行为的相关性分析

目的探讨稳定型心绞痛患者自我护理能力与健康行为的关系及对其有效的护理干预方法。方法采用自我护理能力量表和健康行为量表测量调查对象的自我护理能力及健康行为。结果稳定型心绞痛患者的自我护理能力和健康行为评分分别为（106.46±18．21）分和（128．08±23．25）分，均处于中等水平，其自我护理能力与健康行为呈正相关（r=0．322，P〈0．01）。结论应重视患者的压力调节、人际关系、躯体活动和心理健康，以提高患者的自我护理能力，改善健康行为。

Study on the correlation of self-care agency and healthy behaviors in patients with stable angina pectoris

Objective To determine the status of self- care agency,healthy behaviors and their correlation in patients with stable angina peetoris. Method The Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale （ESCA） and the Health Promotion Lifestyle Profile （HPL） were used to assess patients＇ self- care agency and healthy behaviors. Results The mean scores of self - care agency and healthy behavior in patients with stable angina peeturis were （ 106.46 ± 18.21 ） and （128.08 ±23.25 ） respectively,which showed a moderate level. Moreover, the result showed a positive correlation between self- care agency and healthy behavior （ r =0. 322, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion It is suggested to pay close attention to patients ＇ stress adjustment, interpersonal relationship, physical activity and mental health,so as to enhance their selfcare agency and promote healthy behaviors in patients with stable angina pectoris.
