得力生腹腔内注射治疗恶性腹水疗效观察

目的:观察得力生注射液腹腔内注射治疗恶性腹水的近期疗效及毒副作用。方法:58例确诊的消化道肿瘤并发癌性腹水患者,随机分为二组:治疗组29例,腹腔内注射得力生;对照组29例,腹腔内注射顺铂,观察患者的近期疗效、生活质量及毒副反应。结果:得力生注射液腹腔内注射有效率为37.9%;而对照组腹腔内注射顺铂的有效率为27.6%,二组比较差异无显著性,但治疗组生活质量(KPS评分)改善者明显高于对照组,且毒副反应发生率明显低于对照组。结论:得力生注射液对恶性腹水有明显的治疗效果,并且具有显著提高患者生存质量的作用。

Clinical study of Delisheng injected intraperitoneally in patients with malignant ascites

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect,the quality of life and side effect of Delisheng intraperitoneal injected in malignant ascites. Methods: Fifty-eight cases with malignant ascite were randomly divided in to two groups: (n=29) received cisplatin injected intraperitoneally,Results: There was no significant difference between the response rates in the treated group and the control group that were 37.9% and 27.6%,but there was significant difference in Karnofsky performance scale(KPS)between the treat group and the control group,and the side effect in the treated group was significantly lower than that in the control group,Conclusion: delisheng injected intraperitoneally was effective in the treatment of malignant ascites and could improve the quality of life for malignant ascites patients.
